“In Ghost of Tsushima: Legends, you’ll be able to pick between one of four classes,” says Bridges. “Each one has their own unique advantages. When you start Ghost of Tsushima: Legends, after a short tutorial, you’ll choose which class you want to unlock first. As you rank up, you’ll unlock each of the remaining classes. In addition to each starting with their own unique ability, each class can unlock an alternate ability as you progress, as well as earning class-specific Charms and ranged weapons.”
As outlined in the blog, the four classes you’ll be able to choose from in Legends are the Samurai, Hunter, Ronin, and Assassin. Based on the descriptions of these classes, it basically sounds like Samurais are the tanks, Hunters are the ranged DPS, Ronin are healers, and Assassins are melee DPS that can deal a tremendous amount of damage with single blows. Fans of Tsushima‘s impressive photo mode will be happy to hear that Legends will also support the ability to stop and take a scenic screenshot.
